Leave time overIf you have no other hand on any subject, then you have no opportunity to change it, then it is better not to worry about that matter. Leave it on time. Think logically and keep thinking of slow, steady, calm.


Make plansFind out exactly why your mind is disturbed. Most of the time, feeling overwhelmed if there is extra workload and do not plan to work properly. When you have to do a lot of tasks together, plan ahead, make a written routine if necessary.
